Chia Seed
Blueberry or any other fruits at your preference


1) Pour milk into a container
2) Add a teaspoon of green tea powder
3) Stir until it mix
4) Add honey & chia seed together and
5) Stir it well till it mix
6) Store the mixture in fridge for few hour
